Refund Policy

At Eden Aisle Spa, we strive to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all our guests. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service or experience, we will do our best to address your concerns. Please review our refund policy below:

   

 

 

1.    Service Satisfaction:

If you are unsatisfied with a service you received, please inform the spa manager within 24 hours of your visit. We will assess the situation and work to make it right, either by offering a complimentary service or a credit toward a future visit. Refunds for services rendered will not be provided, but we are committed to your satisfaction.

   

2.    Cancellations and Rescheduling:

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, no fee will be charged.

 

3.    Packages and Gift Cards:

Refunds on spa packages and gift cards are not available. However, if you are unable to use your package or gift card, it may be transferred to another individual or credited toward a future service at Eden Aisle Spa. Expiration dates on gift cards and packages are clearly stated at the time of purchase.

 

 4.    Products:

Products purchased at Eden Aisle Spa may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days, and we will offer a replacement or store credit.

   

5.    No-Show Policy:

Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notice may be subject to a full charge for the missed service.

 

6.    Refunds:

Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of Eden Aisle Spa management. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.
